Job Description: Our Freshman Associate position is an entry level position and a great opportunity for an inexperienced associate to prove themselves to the company and our clients. We look for energetic, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn basic marketing skills as they move forward in their training to qualify for a campaign management role. Even with zero experience we have had freshman associates start and move into management roles in less than a year.

In the Freshman Associate phase candidates learn how to effectively execute client marketing campaigns. Freshman Associates must be fast learners and great communicators.

Job Description: Junior Partners are often the first contact for our customers. As a Junior Partner an associate is now in charge of an account and responsible for customer service reviews, product roll out and revenue generation for that client.

Junior Partners are responsible for managing location activity and marketing campaigns for one or more retail locations. They are under the direct tutelage of an experience manger and is that manager’s liaison for communication between the location and the company’s district manager. Junior Partners are trained to conduct entry level interviews, and train store employees on new products and campaigns.

As they mature in this role they will continue to take on more responsibility and receive further training to qualify for district management.

Job Description: All Junior Partner training is in preparation for the Senior Vice-Partner responsibilities. Now this person will transition from store operations into a more behind the scenes role for the company. The Senior Vice-Partner will start their training in learning how to do payroll, interview potential candidates, and learn the essential processes of managing multiple locations from a single office. The most important role of the Senior Vice-Partner is managing client needs and expansion. As our clients grow so do we. Our management team must be excellent trainers and leaders as we look to take advantage of emerging opportunities and growth in our industry. The Senior Vice-Partner will learn how to work with the clients and plan the expansion goals.

Job Description: The Managing Partner's role starts with Brand Management for the territory. This Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns for each location in their area. This individual will be responsible for making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients standards, along with the retail stores standards and along with Our standards. Every district manager on our team has done the entry level and midlevel work so are fully capable of training and working with individual representatives and working with every day consumers. This Manager training approach has helped us continually deliver the results we promise to all of our clients over the years and will help us as we continue to grow year after year.
